SCOPE. This policy covers conflicts of interest that may arise among Akbank T.A.Ş. legal entity and its participator Ak Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., Ak Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., group companies, partners, employees, managers and persons and customers having direct or indirect relation with them.
SCOPE. This agreement regulates both individual Banking products and services, and commercial/ corporate Banking products and services. As a rule, those who act non commercial or non Professional purposes are considered individual Clients, and such persons are qualified as financial consumers. Such Clients are herein referred to as “individual Client”. Other Clients are referred to as “commercial Client”. Terms specifically referring to “individual Clients” and “commercial Clients” shall be applicable only for such respective Clients. Terms referring to “Clients” only shall be commonly applicable for both individual and commercial Clients. A Client may utilize Banking services as an “individual Client” and a “commercial Client” under a single BSA. The provision that would be applicable in such a case shall be determined on the basis of the Client’s capacity when he makes use of that service. This agreement covers all accounts opened or to be opened in the name of the Client with the Bank’s headquarters or branches, and all Banking products and services offered to the Clients. The Bank may amend the names and conditions of the products and services under this agreement, temporarily or permanently suspend or cease offering the services.
SCOPE. 1.1 These General Terms and Conditions Regarding the Purchase of Goods and Services have been issued by PERI Sakarya with the registered address of Kargali Hanbaba OSB Mah. The Bank offers his facilities to the disposal of the Customer for the purpose of fulfilling the Customer instructions of any type and nature. The variety of business, abundance of the transactions and the speed needed by such transactions require fulfillment of some predefined conditions for the sake of a well-defined and reliable legal relationship. 2.1 In General (a) All relations and transactions between the Customer and the Bank and all branches will be carried out according to this Agreement. In the event the Bank provides other services or there are some legal relations conducted with the Customer, and special agreements exist between the parties in these respects, provisions of this Agreement shall be applied unless otherwise specified in such agreements. (b) In the event there is more than one account, of the same or different nature, in the Bank belonging to the same real or legal person, it is not obligatory to sign separate agreements for each account. (c) Any contractual relationship between the Bank and the Customer shall be subject to the generally applied banking ethics and traditions,

SCOPE. Deniz Yatırım considered the size of institution, organizational structure and provided investment services and activities and ancillary services while forming the Deniz Yatırım conflict of interest policy and it has been formed by considering the organizational structure of DenizBank Financial Services Group (DFSG) and activities of DenizBank and other members of DFSG. Conflict of interest policy contains potential circumstances which could be against the customer’s interest for each investment service and activity and ancillary service where Deniz Yatırım is authorized and contains precautions which can be taken for prevention of those circumstances and the procedures which will be followed if the conflict of interest could not be prevented.
SCOPE. This Pledge Agreement covers any and all legal, civil and ordinary/natural fruits, yields, revenues, natural fruits, whether arisen or to be arisen or whether overdue or no, of the pledged movable properties included in Annex-1 and any and all integral parts and accessories available or to be available or to be added on pledged movable properties following the signature of this Agreement. Parties unconditionally and irrevocably agree upon this matter.
