Account closing a. The Bank shall have right to close the account in the following cases: − When the accountholder violates laws on payment or violates agreements with the Bank. − At written request of the Accountholder. − When the account is inactive or account balance is unavailable during a period under regulations of the Bank. b. When closing the account, the Bank shall have right to automatically debit the account to collect service charges under regulations of the Bank posted on its official website and/or the official website of Timo Channel. c. After closing, the remaining account balance shall be handled at request of the Accountholder. The Bank shall reject requests for account closing when the Customer's account is being blocked or when the Customer has not completed debt obligations to the Bank. d. When closing account, if account balance is available and the Customer has not received, the Bank shall transfer such account balance to a payable account and stop paying interest. The Bank shall pay the above balance when the Customer comes to the Bank to perform payment procedures under regulations.
