Disclaimer Clause. BVBank is not liable in the following cases:
1. Losses and damages arising not due to BVBank's fault, including but not limited to:
1.1. The processing system, communication system, electricity, Customer's used equipment (including operating system malfunctions) experiencing disruptions;
1.2. Customer's equipment used by others with or without the customer's consent;
1.3. Errors from third-party service providers beyond BVBank's control;
1.4. For safety and risk limitation for the customer, BVBank's non-performance or delay in implementing agreements in these Terms and Conditions;
1.5. Cases of Force Majeure events as defined by law;
1.6. Customer unintentionally or intentionally disclosing or providing customer information, customer profiles, biometric factors to others, leading to the opening of an online account and incurring related losses and damages for the customer;
2. Customer complaints against providers are beyond the scope of BVBank's implementation and/or services.
3. Customers entering/selecting incorrect, confused, incomplete, or inaccurate information leading to payment and transfer transactions being confused or insufficient funds in the customer's account to complete payment transactions or exceeding the payment limit.
4. Customers failing to promptly request BVBank to change/lock the service when the phone number changes or when the mobile device/phone is lost or damaged; potential or actual risks/damages arising from the insecurity of user login credentials.
5. Customers engaging in transactions prohibited by law and BVBank regulations.

1.5. Cases of Force Majeure events as defined by law;
1.6. Customer unintentionally or intentionally disclosing or providing customer information, customer profiles, biometric factors to others, leading to the opening of an online account and incurring related losses and damages for the customer;
