Rights of the Cardholder. 1. Use the Card to deposit/withdraw cash, transfer money, pay for goods, services and other transactions provided by the Bank from time to time at all ATMs/Merchants of the Bank's system and ATMs/Merchants of networks of Card payment organizations cooperating with the Bank within current account balance/overdraft limit (if any) on current account at the Bank and within scope of Card use under Article 5 of these Terms and Conditions. Use the Card within limits, including payment limit, remittance limit, cash withdrawal limit, other limits in Card use under regulations of the Bank publicly posted on the official website of the Bank and/or official website of Timo Channel and/or at transaction locations for customers of Timo Channel from time to time.
2. Perform services provided on Microsite (Card portal of the Bank) related to Card use.
3. Request to the Bank for PIN re-issuance, Card re-issuance, suspension or termination of Card use in accordance with fee schedule posted by the Bank from time to time.
4. Make complaints and request the Bank to investigate card transactions by the Cardholder. Cases of investigation, methods, time of sending investigation requests, time limit for response to investigation requests under legal provisions and regulations of the Bank are publicly posted on the official website of the Bank and/or the official website of Timo Channel and/or transaction locations for customers of Timo Channel from time to time.
5. Request the Bank to provide information related to balance, transaction history and other necessary information under regulations of the Bank.
Rights of the Cardholder a. To have right to use the Card to make cash withdrawal/payment transactions and other transactions prescribed by the Bank on the Internet, at all ATMs/merchants of the Bank and ATMs/Merchants of networks of card organizations to which the Bank is a member.
b. To have right to check and inquire about possible problems in Card use, require PIN re-issuance, new Card re- issuance and termination of Card use.
c. To have right to make complaints against the Bank in case the Bank violates legal provisions and these Terms and Conditions.
d. To request the Bank to refund available card balance.

Use the Card within limits, including payment limit, remittance limit, cash withdrawal limit, other limits in Card use under regulations of the Bank publicly posted on the official website of the Bank and/or official website of Timo Digital Bank and/or at transaction locations for customers of Timo Channel at each period

Use the Card within limits, including payment limit, remittance limit, cash withdrawal limit, other limits in Card use under regulations of the Bank publicly posted on the official website of the Bank and/or official website of Timo Channel and/or at transaction locations for customers of Timo Channel at each period.
2. Perform services provided on Microsite (Card portal of the Bank) related to Card use. Complain, request the Bank to check card transactions of the Cardholder. Cases of investigation, method, time to send request, time limit for reply to investigation in accordance with the law and the Bank's regulations are publicly announced on the Bank's official website and/or the Timo Channel's official website and/or at Timo Channel's customer service transaction points at each period.
3. Request the Bank to provide information related to balance, transaction history and other necessary information under regulations of the Bank.
