Transport and insurance when providing the Service at the SEW plant. (1) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, any transportation of the service item to and from the SEW’s plant, including packing and loading at the request of the Customer will be billed to the Customer. Otherwise, the Customer may deliver the service item to SEW at its cost and collect the item from SEW after the Service is completed.
