General Terms. Other terms of cooperation will be considered, supplemented and amended in additional documents on the basis of agreement and agreement between the two parties. - This cooperation agreement is valid for five (05) years from the date of signing and is inherited. During the implementation process, each party may request to change, adjust or supplement this agreement. Either party may decide to terminate the cooperation by giving written notice within 30 days at any time to the other party. - This memorandum of understanding consists of three (03) pages and is made into four (04) copies, each party keeps two (02) copies with the same content and value./.
General Terms. (1) These terms and conditions (“Term”) shall be applied to services provided by SEW (“Service”) such as repairs, conversions, overhauls, startup (provided these are not already part of services to be provided under a sales and purchase agreement between SEW and the Customer), programming services, maintenance and repair services, retrofitting work on machines and systems, replacement of units for the party using the Service (“Customer”). Services shall be provided exclusively on the basis of the applicable order confirmation and any special agreements made in writing in addition to these Terms. Any other terms and conditions, particularly terms and conditions for purchase/order/service provision, shall not be applied unless SEW has explicitly approved their validity in writing.
General Terms. 1. The Bank and the Customer undertake to comply with these terms and conditions on use of digital banking services and amendments, supplements, replacements (if any).
