Validity and Termination. 8.1. This Contract is effective from the date of signing by the Parties at the beginning of the Contract. 8.2. This Contract may be terminated when one of the following circumstances occurs: (a) The Contract expires; (b) By written agreement between the Parties; (c) One of the Parties violates the obligations, commitments or guarantees set forth in this Contract and do not remedy this within a reasonable time according to the written notice of the other Party. In this case, the Non-infringing Party is entitled to unilaterally terminate this Contract by notifying in writing [●] days in advance to the Infringing Party; (d) The continuation of this Contract will create a violation of the applicable laws that cannot be overcome; or
