Common use of Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality. The Buyer shall undertake to keep in strict confidence all information obtained from the Company and shall not use any such information for any purpose other than the purposes originally intended. Buyer shall protect the confidentiality of all such information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, but in no event less than a reasonable standard of care. For the avoidance of doubt, the Price of the Products shall be deemed to be confidential information for the purposes of this Section 23.
