COPYRIGHT. The Seller authorizes the Company to produce photos, illustrations, a Catalogue, or other form of video recording of, and publicity materials for, the Auction Property that he or she consigns to the Company for auction, and the Company enjoys the copyrights therein, and has the right to use the same.
COPYRIGHT. The Service Provider respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. The Service Provider may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, suspend or terminate the access of and take other action against users, subscribers, registrants and account holders who infringe the copyright rights of others.
COPYRIGHT. （22.1） The Company is the copyright owner of the Bidders Registration Form, Absentee Bids Registration Form, Telephone Bidding Registration Form, these Conditions, as well as the photographs taken on the Auction Articles
2. If sent by post, the 7th day following the posting day;
3. If sent by facsimile transmission, when the transmission confirmation report is generated;

If sent by e-mail, when the e-mail was sent. （25.8）If there is any specific stipulation in the Bidders Registration Form, Absentee Bids Registration Form, Telephone Bidding Registration Form and these Conditions (and the documents stated therein) in relation to the time limit for performance of an obligation, the relevant Party shall perform that obligation punctually. Otherwise, the Par ty shall be and Catalogues, reports, documents, video deemed as in default. products or other promotion materials prepared and all the contents of the aforesaid. Without the consent of the Company, no person shall copy, store, transmit or otherwise make use of the aforesaid articles to exploit commercial benefits.
