Lien. The Customer authorizes the Bank to exercise a lien over all the Customer’s property coming into the possession or control of the Bank for any reason whatsoever, whether or not in the ordinary course of banking business with power for the Bank to sell such property, if necessary, and apply the net proceeds to satisfy any of the Customer’s obligations and/or liabilities to the Bank.
Lien. In addition to any other remedy we may have, we shall have a continuing general lien on all China Connect Securities held for you or your account, for all amounts due or owing by you to us.
