Common use of Miscellaneous Clause in Contracts

Miscellaneous. 13.1 The Bank may appoint any person as its agent (including any debt collection agency or solicitor) to collect any or all indebtedness owed by the Customer to the Bank and the Customer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses which may be incurred by the Bank for that purpose on each occasion.
