Notices. 通知 12.1 All notices, requests, consents, approvals and other communications required or permitted to be given by or to any party hereto pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given only if delivered personally or by facsimile transmission or mailed (first class postage prepaid) to the parties at the above address, or emailed to the local director or manager of the Parties from time to time. 任何一方按照本协议的要求或许可向对方收发的所有通知、要求、同意、批准或其他联络均应以书面形式作出，且只能实时通过个人送达、传真或邮寄（预付航空邮资）的方式送至对方上述地址，或发送电子邮件至对方当地主管或经理。 12.2 All such notices, requests and other communications will (i) if delivered personally to the address as provided above, be deemed given upon delivery; (ii) if delivered by facsimile transmission, be deemed given upon confirmed receipt; (iii) if delivered by mail in the manner described above to the address above, be deemed given upon receipt and if by email to the local director or manager of the Parties from time to time, be deemed to be given upon delivery. Any party from time to time may change its address, facsimile number or other information for the purpose of notices to that party by giving notice specifying such change to the other party hereto.
