Language. If there is any difference between the English version of this Agreement and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
Language. The Terms and Conditions is drafted in both English language and Chinese language, if there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between English language and Chinese language, the Chinese language version shall prevail.
Language. The Chinese version of the Relevant Terms and Conditions (including this Part A) is for reference only and if there is any conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

It is the express wish of the parties that the Agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English and that the English version of this Agreement shall be the sole version used in interpreting and enforcing this Agreement.
