Common use of Notices Clause in Contracts

Notices. The Customer shall immediately notify the Bank of any changes of its address in writing or in such manners as agreed by the Bank. In the event that the Customer fails to so notify the Bank, the Bank may mail all statements and other notices to the address of the Customer last known to the Bank. After the ordinary mailing time, such dispatch shall be deemed effectively served on the Customer in accordance with this Agreement.
