Common use of Severability 协议中止 Clause in Contracts

Severability 协议中止. Any provision of this Agreement which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions. Any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties to this Agreement hereby waive any provision of law which renders any provision hereof prohibited or unenforceable in any respect. 本协议的任何规定在任何管辖权下被禁止或不可执行，在该等管辖权内，不影响其他规定的效力。在任何管辖权下的任何该等限制或不可执行性不应使该等规定在任何其他管辖权中无效或不可执行。如果适用法律允许，本协议各方放弃在任何方面限制协议任何规定或使其不可执行的任何法律规定。
