文件的数量和内容应该是完整和正确的. 凡因卖方没有提供上述文件或者文件内容与实际不符，造成买方无法通关和及时取得货物，产生的所有损失由卖方承担。买方的名称、详细地址和电话必须打印在海运提单或空运提单上，否则卖方应该承担由此引起的损失。 The number and contents of the documents shall be complete and correct. If the Buyer fail to pass the Customs and take over the goods in time due to the Seller not having provided the documents specified as above, all losses shall be borne by the Seller. The Buyer’ name with its complete address and telephone number must be printed on Bill of Loading or Airway Bill, otherwise the Seller shall be responsible for the losses arising thereof.
