本条的适用. 您（作为客户）理解并同意，如果由于您与经销商的业务关系而有权使用软件，您应向经销商支付使用软件的费用 （定义见下文）和任何其他应付款项。所有应向经销商或思博伦（视情况而定）支付的费用均按报价单中规定的条款到期应付。 2.1 Application of this Section. You, the Customer understand and agree that, if and to the extent use of the Software is made available as a result of your business relationship with a reseller, you shall pay the reseller the Fees(defined below) and any other amounts owing for use of the Software.
