Term的定义

Term means the period of the Agreement stated in Section 6.1 and includes the Initial Term and all Renewal Terms as defined in Section 6.1.

Examples of Term in a sentence

• Term and Termination: This agreement shall be in effect until cancelled by either party.

• Term (e.g. delivery time) relevant to performance shall be extended accordingly.

• Any Service credit due hereunder will be applied to Your account at the conclusion of the then-current Service Term.

• Plan Maturity Date means the date stated in the Plan Schedule as the Plan Maturity Date being the date the Contribution Payment Term ends and no Exit Charge for taking Encashment or Withdrawal from the Plan will apply.

• The Agreement shall be in effect for the term of each applicable Service Term as specified in the License Metrics unless earlier terminated as set forth below.

• Article 12 - Term and Termination 本契約書は両当事者らに依る署名を以って、且つ、全ての必要な認可を監督官庁から取得した後に発効する。DATEまでには本契約書を発効させることとし、契約期間の解除前 6 ヶ月の間に書面による通知によって解除されない限 り、もう一年間の自動延長とする。本契約書は基本契約書の解除を以って自動的に解除する。 This Agreement becomes effective with its execution by both Parties and after the approvals of all authorities concerned have been obtained.
