Term. By downloading and/or installing this SOFTWARE, the Licensor agrees to the terms of this EULA. This license is effective until terminated. Licensor has the right to terminate your License immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this License.

Term. 19.1 本契約は両当事者の署名によって発効され、二年間有効である。当該 2 年あるいは延長期間の終わりに、文書通知によって終了されない限り、当該契約期間は自動的に 1 年間延長される。通知期間は 6 ヶ月とする。 19.1 This Agreement shall be effective upon signature by both Parties and shall be in effect for a period of 2 (two) years. It shall be extended automatically by periods of one year unless terminated by written notice to the end of such two years or the end of an extension period.
