Term. 本契約は、本契約の署名によって発行し、無制限の期間有効とされる。一方の当事者が 6 ヶ月前に文書による通知を行なうことによって、各暦年末に契約を終了することができる。 This Agreement shall be effective as from signature and shall run for an unlimited period of time.
