LIRA means a “LIRA” or “locked-in retirement account” as defined in Pension Legislation and, where those terms are not defined, means a registered retirement savings plan that satisfies the conditions under Pension Legislation for receiving funds that originate from an RPP;
EONIA means the interest rate at which banks of sound financial standing in the European Union and European Free Trade Area countries lend funds in the interbank money market in euro as, published by the European Money Markets Institute and appearing on the Bloomberg page EONIA Index or any substituted publication and/or page therefor in respect of that day or the immediately preceding day for which it had a value, or, if not available, ascertained from any other source as the Margin Loan Provider may deem appropriate.
HSP means HUB subcontracting plan, as described in Chapter 2161 of the Texas Government Code.
IB means a “qualified institutional buyer” as defined in Rule 144A.
ISS means Information Services Schedule which can be found at http://www.centurylink.com/tariffs/clc_info_services.pdf and which is subject to change. The ISS contains the current standard rates for domestic and international Off-Net Calls and toll free calls.
LBMA means The London Bullion Market Association or its successors.
RA means a reconciliation agreement between British Columbia and Chawathil First Nation that creates a foundation for the reconciliation of aboriginal rights and/or aboriginal title with Crown sovereignty but is not a treaty in the meaning of section 35(1) of the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000;
EMV or “Estimated Monthly Volume” shall mean the Customer Segment with manual (non-smart metered) registration of approximate monthly volumes.
SQM means the specialist quality mark standard specified by us as at the Contract Start Date as amended by us provided that had the SQM been a Contract Document such amendments would not have been prohibited by Clause 13.1;
Xf means the Final Index Level, and “Xi” means the Initial Index Level.
LME means the London Metal Exchange;
HKD means Hong Kong dollars.
HMIS means the Homeless Management Information System, which is a client-level data collection and management system implemented at the community level that allows for better coordination among agencies providing services to clients.
WFB shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Per diem means a period of 7.5 hours of actual work per day. Where actual hours worked are less than 7.5 hours per day, the amount to be paid will be prorated accordingly;
infrastructure manager means any body or undertaking that is responsible in particular for establishing and maintaining railway infrastructure, or a part thereof, as defined in Article 3 of Directive 91/440/EEC, which may also include the management of infrastructure control and safety systems. The functions of the infrastructure manager on a network or part of a network may be allocated to different bodies or undertakings;
PBOC means the People’s Bank of China.
EDSP means the Exchange Delivery Settlement Price and has the meaning attributed to it in Rule PPPP.5.
Heritage means Heritage Bancorp Ltd.
Wire Center means the location of one (1) or more local switching systems. It is also a point at which End User’s loops within a defined geographic area converge. Such local loops may be served by one (1) or more Central Office Switches within such premises.
IEE means the initial environmental examination for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;
The Centre means the Financial Intelligence Centre established in terms of section 2 of the FIC Act.
Subadviser shall include any affiliates of the Subadviser performing services for the Corporation or the Fund contemplated hereby and the partners, shareholders, directors, officers and employees of the Subadviser and such affiliates.
NZD means the lawful currency of New Zealand.
MRP means the maximum retail price, excluding taxes, payable by a Subscriber for A-la Carte Channels or Bouquet of Pay Channels as notified by STAR in terms of the Tariff Order 2017 and as set out in Annexure A of the SLA as maybe amended from time to time;
PFMA means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999.
