Casual Shifts. It shall only be for extraordinary operational needs that the Employer will utilize on a casual basis, an Employee who has resigned with a TSP payment under this Program during the period covered by the applicable notice payment period.
Casual Shifts. (a) Employees on layoff shall indicate in writing on a regular basis to the Employer their availability to work casual shifts.
Casual Shifts. (a) Regular Employees who have been reduced in regular hours of work through the application of Article 24, and Employees on layoff shall indicate in writing on a monthly basis to the Employer their availability to work casual shifts (i.e. work opportunities of three (3) months or less).

Casual Shifts. 36.01 (a) When a layoff has not occurred, casual shifts meaning all available, additional or “pick up” hours of work shall be offered first in order of seniority to Part-Time Employees and secondly to casual Employees in date of hire; and

Casual Shifts. 2.01 Casual shifts are defined as any shifts which are not filled by full-time or part-time employees as assigned on the published eight (8) week schedules. Such shifts include but are not limited to additional coverage over and above the normal complement of the Unit, the replacement of previously scheduled staff who are unable to fill their pre- scheduled shifts or attendance at a workshop. Casual Shifts. 12.9.1 To ensure that all casuals have the opportunity for at least one shift per month, the following process will be followed at the meeting of casuals held to schedule shifts for the following month.
