Order Documents definition

Order Documents means written documents, the terms of which include Hexagon’s commitment to provide products, licenses, and/or services at a specified price, subject to the terms and conditions of the Principle Contracting Document. Order Documents may consist of a single document executed by the parties or a combination of documents that together form an Order.
Order Documents means the quotation and/or the order confirmation and/or the invoice sent by Dell to Customer which describes the Products, Software and Services purchased by Customer under the Agreement as well as Prices, payment terms and other provisions.
Order Documents means written documents, the terms of which include Hexagon’s commitment to provide specific products, licenses, and/or services at a specified price, subject to the terms and conditions of the Primary Contracting Document. Order Documents may consist of a single document executed by the parties or a combination of documents that together form an Order. Any Schedule applicable to the Order is incorporated into the Order Documents as if fully set forth therein.

  • Provisions of the Purchase Order Documents that by their nature should apply beyond their terms shall remain in force after any termination or expiration of any purchase orders, including without limitation the provisions of paragraphs 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40 and 41.

  • The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect until the expiration or termination of all Order Documents, unless otherwise terminated earlier as provided hereunder.

  • All terms, conditions and provisions of the Purchase Order Documents (including but not limited to warranties of Seller) shall survive cancellation or termination of a purchase order.

  • INVOICING, PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND DUTIES/SET OFF: Payment terms specific to the purchase will be specified in the Purchase Order Documents and Buyer shall pay Seller in accordance with those terms.

  • In the event of a Change of Control, either party may assign this Agreement in its entirety (including all Order Documents) to its parent company or other affiliated company.


More Definitions of Order Documents

Order Documents shall refer to all quotations, purchase orders, confirmation orders, contracts and invoices issued by the parties to conclude the agreement in which Materialise grants to the Customer the Customer License.
Order Documents means: (i) an account registration and order form for the Products and/or Services duly submitted on-line or in any other manner required by Waterford, in the form provided by Waterford, setting forth the Products or Services ordered and the applicable Fees, and/or (ii) such other documents as may be required by Waterford from time to time in connection with the subscription for the Products or ordering of Services. When submitted by Customer and accepted by Waterford, all applicable Order Documents of Customer are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and are part of this Agreement as if fully set forth in this Agreement.
Order Documents means, in relation to one (1) specific order, the RFQ, the Quote, the Order and the Order Confirmation.
Order Documents means, collectively and as applicable: (i) an account registration and subscription order form for the Products duly submitted on-line or in any other manner required by Waterford, in the form provided by Waterford, which shall in all event set forth the Fees, and (ii) such other documents as shall be required by Waterford from time to time in connection with the subscription for the Products. When submitted and accepted by Waterford, all applicable Order Documents of Customer are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and are part of this Agreement as if fully set forth in this Agreement.
Order Documents means our proposals, order confirmations and our other licensing documents which detail the Subscription Plan, licensed features, prices, payment schedules and other specific terms related to your purchase of and licensed use of the Cloud Service (or parts thereof) based on which you exclusively place your order and which specifically exclude any other terms, order form or documents provided by you. 8 “Subscription Plan” means our basic product offerings for the Cloud Service as defined on xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/plans and the SLA which details eligible features, the level of Technical Support or SLA Warranties available, and other specific benefits or limitations for your licensed use of the Cloud Service.
