Programme Documents definition

Programme Documents means all such documents.

Programme Documents means the Master Loans Purchase Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Warranty and Indemnity Agreement, the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement, the Programme Agreement, each Subscription Agreement, the Cover Pool Management Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Subordinated Loan Agreement, the Asset Monitor Agreement, the Covered Bond Guarantee, the Corporate Services Agreement, the Swap Agreements, the Mandate Agreement, the Quotaholders' Agreement, the Conditions, each Final Terms, the Deed of Charge, the Deed of Pledge, the Master Definitions Agreement and any other agreement entered into from time to time in connection with the Programme.

Programme Documents means documents approved by the Managing Authority or Monitoring Committee, which are applicable to the Programme implementation;

Examples of Programme Documents in a sentence

• The Issuer may at any time without requiring the prior written approval of the Trustee or the ETP Securityholders but subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Programme Documents, terminate the appointment of an Agent, replace an Agent or appoint additional or other Agents.

• In doing so, the appointed agent shall apply the provisions of the Conditions and/or the relevant Programme Document(s), with any necessary consequential amendments, to the extent that, in its opinion, it can do so, and in all other respects it shall do so in such manner as it shall deem fair and reasonable in the circumstances.

• Any such calculation made on behalf of the Trustee shall for the purposes of the Conditions and the Programme Documents be deemed to have been made by the Determination Agent.

• IP shall indemnify, hold and save harmless, and defend, at its own expense, UNICEF, its officials, agents, servants and employees from and against all suits, claims, demands, and liability of any nature or kind, including their costs and expenses, arising out of acts or omissions of IP, or IP's employees, officers, agents or sub-contractors, in the performance of this Agreement and Programme Documents.

• The Parties will conclude one or several Programme Documents as the case may be.

More Definitions of Programme Documents

Programme Documents means the Master Purchase Agreement, the Master Servicing Agent Agreement, the Purchase Undertaking Deed, the Master Trust Deed, the Sale Undertaking Deed, the Additional Portfolio Assets Sale Undertaking Deed, the Guarantee, the Agency Agreement and the Corporate Services Agreement;

Programme Documents means, at any relevant time:

Programme Documents means the Dealer Agreement, the Agency Agreement and the Programme Manual;

Programme Documents means together, the Offshore Programme Documents, the PRC Programme Documents and the Programme Master Definitions Schedule.
