00 – STEWARDS. 10.01 On all jobs, the Business Manager/Secretary-Treasurer or Assistant Business Manager of the Union will designate, or otherwise arrange for, the appointment of a Xxxxxxx from among the qualified working journeyperson employees. In all Provinces, where the Occupational Health and Safety legislation requires the selection of a health and safety representative, that representative of the Boilermaker employees will be the Xxxxxxx.
