000 GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. β 7. 100 It is agreed that it is the spirit and intent of this agreement to address grievances promptly. All grievances, but not those pertaining to jurisdictional disputes, covering the interpretation, application, operation, terminations, or alleged violation of this collective agreement that may arise on any work covered by this agreement must be initiated in writing within ten (10) calendar days of the incident and shall be handled in the following manner:
