000 WORK BREAKS. 15.100 It is agreed that all Employees covered by this Agreement will be permitted ten (10) minutes in each half of their respective regular, daily hours of work to drink coffee or refreshments on the job in the area or areas designated by the Company. It is, however, understood that this shall be done in such a manner that will not stop the normal operation of the job.

It is, is however, understood that this shall be done in such a manner that will as to not stop the normal operation of the job. Any disputes with respect to the scheduling of breaks may be referred to the Standing Committee for review.
