The Contractor agrees to recognize the inside and outside jurisdictions as outlined in the Constitution of the IBEW in the performance of all electrical work performed within the geographic jurisdiction of the Union as hereinafter defined: Inside Work All electrical signs, all street electrical decorations when no messenger or guy wire is necessary for support.
