02a. The Union further recognizes the right of the Company to operate and manage its business in all respects in accordance with its commitments and responsibilities. The location of the plants, the products to be manufactured, the schedules of production, the methods, processes and means of manufacturing used, the right to decide on the number of employees needed by the Company at any time, the right to use improved methods, machinery and equipment and jurisdiction over all operations, buildings, machinery, tools and employees at the Company are solely and exclusively the responsibility of the Company. The Company also has the right to make, alter from time to time, and enforce reasonable rules and regulations to be observed by the employees. These rights will not be exercised in an arbitrary or unjust manner contrary to the expressed provisions of this agreement.
