For On-Call/Standby support, the Contractor shall provide a UXO team that includes a UXO Technician III and a UXO Technician II qualified IAW requirements set forth in Department of Defense Explosives Safety Board Technical Paper 18, Rev 01 (TP18) "Minimum Qualifications for Personnel Conducting Munitions and Explosives of Concern-Related Activities", dated 24 Jun 2020. For Avoidance support, the Contractor shall provide UXO team that includes a UXO Technician II, or above, qualified IAW TP18, and a secondary person. The Contractor shall provide in writing to the KO for review and acceptance, the names and qualifications of these persons who shall act for the Contractor.
02B. 16.08 A list showing the length of service (most recent date of hire) of employees holding seniority will be posted in each building by the Director of Personnel and Employee Relations or his/her designee in February of each year.

The indemnity shall be calculated on the basis that the cancelled amount is deemed to have been disbursed and repaid on the Scheduled Disbursement Date or, to the extent that the disbursement of the Tranche is currently deferred or suspended, on the date of the cancellation notice.
02B. First two (2) weeks of the short term sick leave. In any event, once an employee reaches age 70 and she continues to be employed she shall automatically receive the in-lieu to part-time employees as set out in Article 30.09 and not be eligible for the benefits above. Where legislation or the Pension Plan prohibits an employee from contributing to such a Plan because of age, an amount equivalent to the deductions in Article 32.02 will be paid to the employee on each paycheque. This payment in-lieu will not be less than what the employee would have received if she were still contributing to the Pension or Group Retirement Plan.
