02a. The employer shall hold a meeting with the employee in order to discipline or discharge an employee. The employee and the union shall be advised of the scheduling of such meeting on the previous working day. The employee shall be advised of their right to have Union representation at such meeting. Such employee has the right to be accompanied and advised by a Union representative at such meeting.
