101 NONDISCRIMINATION AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT CLAUSE. So long as this Professional Agreement is in effect, the Professional agrees to the terms of the Nondiscrimination and Sexual Harassment Clause attached hereto as Exhibit “C.” For purposes of this Professional Agreement, the word “Contractor” in these provisions means “Professional.”
