108 COORDINATION WITH OCCUPANT ACTIVITIES AND OTHER PROJECTS. Multiple design and construction projects by others and occupant activities may be occurring within the limit of contract. The Professional will be required to coordinate their ongoing design with construction of these projects, and with the occupant activities, in order to minimize disruption of services, occupant relocation, and/or interference of work. Coordinate construction staging, phasing, over- lapping project limits, building, systems and piping interconnection between projects and scheduling. A detailed coordination plan will be required in Division 1 of the specifications for construction coordination among projects and occupant activities and is required as part of Basic Services.

  • FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement. At COUNTY’s discretion, COUNTY may make equipment or facilities available to CONTRACTOR for CONTRACTOR’s use in furtherance of this Agreement only where a COUNTY Facility or Equipment exhibit is attached to this Agreement identifying the equipment or facilities to be used by CONTRACTOR’s personnel. If COUNTY funds equipment as part of this contract, COUNTY will retain Equipment.

  • COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.

State if the project has been cited in government policy publications or technical journals, or has been used to inform regulatory bodies.  The number of website downloads.  An estimate of how the project information has affected energy use and cost, or have resulted in other non-energy benefits.  An estimate of energy and non-energy benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any. • Respond to CAM questions regarding responses to the questionnaires. The Energy Commission may send the Recipient similar questionnaires after the Agreement term ends. Responses to these questionnaires will be voluntary.   • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.
