17A Sample Clauses

17A. 1 Each Transmission Owner shall have the right at any time unilaterally to file pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act to change the ISO OATT or the ISO Agreement to the extent necessary: (a) to recover all reasonably incurred costs, plus a reasonable return on investment related to services under the ISO OATT and (b) to accommodate implementation of and changes to a Transmission Owner’s retail access program.

17A. 1 You may be transferred to the MSSL under the Default Supply Arrangement without Your prior consent only if:-

17A. 3. Unless notified otherwise in writing by Subscriber, P1 may use and/or share Subscriber’s personal information for purposes as allowed under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 only, which shall include providing information to Subscriber of other products and services available from P1, its agents, licensors, auditors and advisers and those of P1’s affiliates, processing and fulfilling Subscriber’s request for products and services, responding to Subscriber enquiries, conducting research for improvement of the Service and relevant technology and products, and statistical analysis and the general operation and maintenance of the Service and its related website(s).
17A. 4.2 In this clause 17A.4 “Vaccines and Immunisations Catch-up Campaign” means a campaign which is aimed at maximising the uptake of a particular vaccine or immunisation by Patients who are eligible for it but have not received that vaccine or immunisation for any reason (other than a decision to refuse the vaccine or immunisation).
17A. 01 There shall be free zone for Employees working within a forty-five (45) kilometre radius of the Halifax County intersection of Provincial Highways 101 and 102. Travel and subsistence allowance will not apply when traveling to and working within this free zone.
