1998 Bonus. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, with respect to the Bonus to be paid for Fiscal Year 1998, Executive shall participate in the La Petite Academy Senior Management Bonus Plan - 1998 Fiscal Year; provided, however, that the allocations of payments to be made out of the First Bonus Pool shall be allocated 75% based on Consolidated EBITDA and 25% based on personal MBO.

1998 Bonus. Xxxx will be eligible to earn a one- time $15,000 bonus for calendar year 1998 provided Xxxx is employed by PR&E on December 31, 1998. Xxxx shall not be entitled to any other performance bonus or incentive compensation for 1998. 3.2.2 1999 BONUS. 1998 Bonus. The Company shall pay to Executive a bonus in the amount of $10,000 on February 1, 1999 in compensation for a bonus which would or may have been payable to Executive by his former employer, A.T. Cross Company ("Cross"). The Company shall have the right, but not the obligation, to also include Executive in the Company's 1998 bonus program. The amount of any bonus payable to Executive for fiscal year 1998 in excess of the aforementioned $10,000 shall be determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
1998 Bonus. As soon as practicable (but in no event more than 30 days after) the Closing Date, Buyer will cause bonuses to be paid under any applicable bonus plan of Seller or any of its subsidiaries, as in effect on the date hereof, to the Transferred Employee participating thereunder in an amount equal to the pro rata portion of the target bonus to which such employee would have been entitled, based on the portion of the 1998 fiscal year completed prior to the Closing Date, assuming the target bonus had been achieved in respect of such fiscal year; provided, that Seller shall reimburse Buyer any amount by which such bonuses, in the aggregate, exceed the aggregate amount for such bonuses reflected as liabilities on the Final Closing Statement of Assets and Liabilities.
1998 Bonus. If a) the gross sales for KPR Sports International, Inc.'s off price division for the entire year 1998 and the gross sales for all of the Gen-X Holdings, Inc.'s subsidiaries for the period from the date of this Agreement through December 31, 1998, exceed $74,000,000.00 and b) the gross profit on such gross sales equals or exceeds $17,760,000.00 then you shall be entitled to receive your 1998 bonus of a proportionate share of $100,000.00 (reduced proportionately as described above), payable on or before April 15, 1999;
1998 Bonus. You will be paid $300,000 in settlement of your award under the Company's Incentive Compensation Plan for 1998, which payment has been approved by the Incentive Compensation Committee of the Company's board of directors (the "Committee"), with such amount to be paid at the time specified in the plan (which is expected to be on or about March 8, 1999); provided that payment of any such amount will be subject to any applicable deferral elections made by you. You have agreed that such payment is in full and final settlement and satisfaction of all rights you have to receive payments under the Company's Incentive Compensation Plan for fiscal year 1998.
