2018 Tolls. Westcoast’s illustrative tolls in Zones 3 and 4 for 2018, as determined pursuant to this Agreement, are set out in Appendix D. Westcoast will as soon as reasonably practicable after Westcoast’s actual results are available for 2017 update the 2018 forecast revenue requirement to reflect the actual 2017 year‐ end cost of service and revenue deferral account balances and apply to the Board for approval of final tolls for 2018 that are (i) in the case of the period from January 1, 2018 to the last day of the month in which the Board gives such approval, equal to the interim tolls approved by Board Order TGI‐002‐2017 dated December 14, 2017, and (ii) in the case of the period from the first day of the month immediately following the month in which the Board gives such approval to December 31, 2018, based on such updated forecast of the 2018 revenue requirement. Westcoast will consult with and provide the Stakeholders with the opportunity to review and comment on the updated 2018 tolls with the intention that Westcoast and the Stakeholders will agree on the update. The tolls in Zone 3 for 2018 reflect a credit of $1.0 million for forecast revenue from IT and AOS in Zone 3 in 2018. The tolls in Zone 4 for 2018 reflect a credit of $3.3 million for forecast revenue from IT and AOS in 2018. Any difference between the forecast and actual revenue from IT, AOS and any other discretionary service in 2018 in Zones 3 and 4 will be recorded in the Discretionary Revenue Deferral Account for amortization in 2019.

  • Additional Hours Employees who are required to work additional hours beyond their working week are entitled to receive enhancements on the following basis: Monday to Saturday Time and a half Sundays and Public and Extra Statutory holidays Double time (min 2 hours) (Part-time employees are entitled to these enhancements only at times and in circumstances in which full-time employees in the establishment would qualify. Otherwise a full working week for full-time employees shall be worked by a part-time employee before these enhancements apply).

  • Four on, Two off Schedule In an effort to maximize full-time employment opportunities, the local parties may agree to a “four on, two off” innovative schedule, subject to the following principles: (a) The introduction of such schedules and trial periods, if any, shall be determined by the local parties. Each Home must have the majority agreement of the full-time and part- time employees who vote on the issue to agree on a trial period of up to six months. Once the trial period is complete, each Home must have a minimum of 66⅔% agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to continue with the new schedule on a permanent basis. (b) The implementation of such schedules shall be established only by mutual agreement of the Employer and the Union. (c) Notwithstanding the definition for full-time employee under Article 2.02, employees who participate in this schedule will normally be scheduled for thirty-five (35) hours per week on average and will be considered a full- time employee for all purposes of the collective agreement. i) Notwithstanding Article 16.01, for the purposes of bi-weekly overtime, the normal weekly full-time hours shall remain at seventy-five (75) hours per bi-weekly average over a six (6) week period. In each bi-weekly pay period the employee will be paid for all hours worked. At the end of the six (6) week period, entitlement for bi-weekly overtime will be calculated and paid. ii) Notwithstanding Article 16.01, for the purposes of daily overtime, the normal daily hours shall remain at seven and a half (7.5) hours per day. In each bi-weekly pay period the employee will be paid for all hours worked including daily overtime, if any. (e) For the purposes of vacation entitlement, the current collective agreement provisions shall apply using thirty-five (35) hours per week. (f) Each facility/unit must have eighty percent (80%) agreement of the full- time and part-time employees who work in the facility/unit. (g) The Four on, Two off schedule, may be discontinued by either party upon receipt of twelve (12) weeks’ notice to the other in writing of its desire to terminate. A meeting shall be held within two (2) weeks of receipt of such notice to discuss the reasons for the discontinuation. The Four on, Two off schedule, may be discontinued by the Union in any facility/unit when sixty percent (60%) of the employees in the facility/unit so indicate by secret ballot to the Union.

  • Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:

  • December 2020 In the presence of:

  • Additional Holidays Every day declared by the President or Governor of this State as a public fast, mourning, thanksgiving, or holiday, or any day declared a holiday by the Governing Board under current Education Code or its successors shall be paid holidays for all employees in the bargaining unit. Holidays will coincide with the Academic Calendar for each year.

  • Sixty (60) days shall have expired after the appointment, without the consent or acquiescence of Borrower, of any trustee, receiver or liquidator of Borrower or of all or any substantial part of the properties of Borrower without such appointment being vacated; or

  • Placement on the Salary Schedule Members of the bargaining unit shall be placed on the salary schedule at the step appropriate for training and creditable years of experience.

  • Additional Time If because of events beyond the Design Professional’s reasonable control, it is not able to meet the specified time period, then it should be entitled to ask the Owner for additional time, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Anniversary Fee A fully earned, non-refundable fee of $37,500, on the first anniversary of the Effective Date; and

  • By December 31, 2015, the Board will calculate the annual amount of a.i) divided by a.ii) which will form the base funding amount for the Trust;
