Common use of 2023 Performance Period Clause in Contracts

2023 Performance Period. The Annual Cash Bonus will be payable for the calendar year commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023 (the “2023 Annual Cash Bonus Performance Period”) if the metrics and other requirements described below are met. Except as otherwise provided in the Agreement, Executive will be eligible to receive the 2023 Annual Cash Bonus only if Executive remains employed by the Company through the last day of the 2023 Annual Cash Bonus Performance Period. In no event will Executive receive any unpaid 2023 Annual Cash Bonus in the event Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause. For the avoidance of doubt, Executive will not be entitled to an Annual Cash Bonus for any performance period beginning on or after termination of Executive’s employment for any reason. Except as otherwise provided in the Agreement, any 2023 Annual Cash Bonus will be subject to achievement of the performance goals described in this Exhibit A.
