26th Street Sidewalk – Permanent. If a building permit has been issued for a Building on Site 1 in the Creative Office Phase, the Developer of such Building shall, prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for such Building and at its sole cost and expense, improve and complete construction of a permanent curb, gutter, and sidewalk where it abuts the western boundary of the Land (the “26th Street Sidewalk”). If a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for a Building on Site 2 in the Creative Office Phase but no building permit has been issued for a Building on Site 1 in the Creative Office Phase by the Outside Building Permit Issuance Date, the Developer of Site 2 shall, within three (3) months of obtaining the necessary permits but not more than six (6) months in total to obtain permits and complete construction, following the Outside Building Permit Issuance Date, build, at its sole cost and expense, improve and complete construction of the 26th Street Sidewalk.

  • Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments.
