Term; Expiration This Agreement shall become effective on the initial Effective Date. Unless sooner terminated pursuant to this Section 10(a), this Agreement shall expire at the end of the Offering Period. This Agreement may be earlier terminated (i) by the Company pursuant to Section 10(b) and (ii) by the Dealer Manager pursuant to Section 10(c). The date upon which this Agreement shall have so expired or been terminated earlier shall be referred to as the “Termination Date”.
Contract Expiration The contract shall expire 120 days after the final services have been rendered.
Expiration No Person shall have any rights whatsoever pursuant to this Agreement or in respect of any Right after the Expiration Time, except the Rights Agent as specified in Subsection 4.1(a) of this Agreement.
OFFER EXPIRATION This offer to purchase the Property as outlined in this Agreement shall be deemed revoked, and the Xxxxxxx Money shall be returned, unless this Agreement is signed by Seller and a copy of this Agreement is personally given to the Buyer by , 20 , at : ☐ AM ☐ PM.
Termination/Expiration Upon termination or expiration of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Tenant's cost, remove any equipment, improvements or storage facilities utilized in connection with any Hazardous Materials and shall clean up, detoxify, repair and otherwise restore the Premises to a condition free of Hazardous Materials, to the extent such condition is caused by Tenant or any assignee or subtenant of Tenant or their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees or invitees.
Term and Expiration This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 9.2 or 9.3, this Agreement shall continue in effect until expiration of all royalty obligations hereunder. Upon expiration of all royalty obligations under this Agreement, such licenses to Merck pursuant to Sections 3.1(a), 3.1(b) and 3.2 as were in effect immediately prior to such expiration shall become fully paid-up, perpetual licenses. *** Confidential Treatment Requested
Policy Renewal/Expiration At least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any policy required by this Contract, evidence of renewal or replacement policies of insurance with terms no less favorable to OGS than the expiring policies shall be delivered to OGS in the manner required for service of notice in Paragraph A.3.
Expiration Date Each Letter of Credit shall expire at or prior to the close of business on the earlier of (i) the date one year after the date of the issuance of such Letter of Credit (or, in the case of any renewal or extension thereof, one year after such renewal or extension) and (ii) the date that is five Business Days prior to the Maturity Date.
EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL 47.01 This Agreement shall be in effect from May 21, 2021, and shall remain in effect until May 20, 2025, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days or more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date or the anniversary date of such expiry date from year to year thereafter, give notice in writing to the other party of a desire to terminate such Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.
47.02 When the required notice for termination or revision is given by either party, negotiations in connection with same shall be started as soon as reasonably possible and conducted, so that if it is reasonably possible, same may mutually and satisfactorily be concluded within the notification period.
Expiration of the Term This Agreement shall terminate automatically at the expiration of the Period of Employment unless the parties enter into a written agreement extending Employee's employment, except for the continuing obligations of the parties as specified hereunder.
