35D b. If a member appeals the discharge under this rule, the involuntary discharge appeal process in rule 801—10.47(35D) shall apply.
35D. 6 In the event the Company becomes aware that a Relevant Individual has committed a Relevant Conviction, the Supplier shall remove or procure the removal (as the case may be) of such Relevant Individual from the Contract with immediate effect and take such steps as are necessary to ensure that such Relevant Individual has no further involvement with the carrying out of the Supply.
35D. Fourth Amendment" means the Fourth Amendment to and Reaffirmation of Loan Documents, dated as of December 21, 2000, by and among the Company, the Guarantor and the Bank.
35D. Union officers and representatives shall not conduct Union business involving employees on duty except as provided in these release time provisions and shall not otherwise interfere with the business of the Employer.
