3Chairman Sample Clauses

3Chairman. The President and Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer if present, will be the chairman of any meeting of the Noteholders, failing which an individual (who need not be a Noteholder) nominated in writing by the Trustee shall be chairman of the meeting. If no individual is so nominated, or if the individual so nominated is not present within 15 minutes from the time fixed for the holding of the meeting, the Noteholders present in person or represented by proxy shall choose by Ordinary Resolution an individual present to be chairman.

  • The President the Treasurer and the Secretary shall be elected by the Trustees upon the occurrence of any vacancy in any such office. Other officers, if any, may be elected or appointed by the Trustees at any time. Vacancies in any such other office may be filled at any time.
