Common use of 40-Hour Week Personnel Clause in Contracts

40-Hour Week Personnel. If a swing shift or graveyard shift employee has served in excess of four (4) hours on jury duty, he/she will notify his/her supervisor in advance of his/her start time so he/she can be excused from his/her shift. If the employee is on jury duty less than four (4) hours, he/she will be required to work.
