40-Hour Week Personnel. If a swing shift or graveyard shift employee has served in excess of four (4) hours on jury duty, they will notify their supervisor in advance of their start time so they can be excused from his/her shift. If the employee is on jury duty less than four (4) hours, they will be required to work.
