6 - NEGOTIATIONS PROCEDURES. A. It is agreed that during the life of this agreement the terms and conditions of employment provided in this Agreement shall remain in effect until altered by mutual consent in writing between the parties. B. It is agreed that matters not specifically covered by this Agreement but that may be of common concern to the parties will be dealt with in a mutually scheduled meeting. This does not obligate either party to bargain collectively during the life of this Agreement about matters covered in this Agreement. C. Negotiations between the parties on a successor Agreement shall begin at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the contract term. Before each negotiation session officially adjourns, the agenda, time and place for the next session shall be mutually agreed upon by the chief negotiators. When negotiations are conducted during regular school hours, released time shall be provided for the union's negotiating committee.
