Formal Level 2. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 or if no disposition has been made within five (5) days of receipt of the disposition, the grievance shall be transmitted to the Superintendent or his/her designee within five (5) days thereafter. Within seven (7) days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the Association on the grievance. The Superintendent or his/her designee, within fifteen (15) days after the conclusion of the meeting, shall render a written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s).
Formal Level 2. If the Union is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 or if no disposition has been made within five (5) working days of receipt of the disposition, the grievance shall be transmitted to the Superintendent. Within seven (7) working days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent shall meet with the Union on the grievance. The Superintendent shall, within five (5) working days after the conclusion of the meeting, render a written decision thereon with copies to the Union and the grievant(s).

If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 or if no written decision has been made within ten (10) working days of receipt of the grievance, the grievance may, at the Association’s discretion, be transmitted to the Superintendent or his/her designee. Within seven (7) working days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the Association on the grievance. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall, within ten (10) working days after the conclusion of the meeting, render a written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s).

If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Xxxxx 0, or if no disposition has been made within five (5) working days of receipt of the disposition, the grievance shall be submitted to the Superintendent. Within five (5) working days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent shall meet with the Employee and/or the Association on the grievance. The Superintendent shall, within five (5) working days after the conclusion of the meeting, render a written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s). Should the Superintendent be the proper administrator at Level 1, the grievance form may be processed to Xxxxx 0, xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx 0.
Formal Level 2. Within five (5) days of receipt of the supervisor’s decision at Xxxxx 0, if the Association is not satisfied with the decision at Level 1, or if no decision has been made within five
Formal Level 2. If the union is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level #1 or if no disposition has been made within five (5) days of receipt of the grievance, the grievance shall be taken to mediation as provided by the Michigan Employment Relations Commission. It is agreed that three members of the Board of Education will be assigned by the Board to participate in the mediation process.
Formal Level 2. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 or if no disposition has been made within five (5) days of receipt of the grievance, the grievance shall be transmitted to the governing body of the Employer or its designee. Within seven (7) days after the grievance has been so submitted, the governing body or its designee shall meet with the Association of the grievance. The Employer's governing body or its designee, within five (5) days after the conclusion of the meeting, shall render a written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s).
Formal Level 2 a. The grievant may appeal that decision rendered by the immediate supervisor by filing the written grievance with the Director – Employee Resources or his/her designee within seven (7) working days.
Formal Level 2. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 or if no disposition has been made within ten (10) business days of receipt of the grievance, the grievance shall be transmitted to the immediate supervisor’s supervisor or Vice President over the grievant’s immediate supervisor. Such transmission shall be within ten (10) business days from the receipt of the supervisor’s written response (Formal Level 1) or date on which the supervisor’s response was due. Within ten (10) business days after the grievance has been so submitted, the administrator receiving the grievance and the immediate supervisor shall meet with the Association on the grievance. This administrator, within ten (10) business days after the conclusion of the meeting, shall render a written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s). The grievance shall not be amended without the employer’s agreement after Level 2.
Formal Level 2. If the grievance has not been settled at Level 1 and the grievant wishes to appeal, such a request shall be made to the Superintendent in writing within five (5) working days after receipt of the written decision at Level 1. Within ten (10) working days, the Superintendent shall give a written response to the Grievant.
