A Boilermaker General Xxxxxxx who shall be a member in good standing of the Union, may be utilized by an Employer whenever he has established this level of supervision of his work on a project or when this level is appropriate to the size and nature of the job as determined by the Employer. The selection of a Boilermaker General Xxxxxxx and the determination and acceptance of his qualifications shall be the sole prerogative of the Employer.
