UNION FIELD DUES. In addition to Article 4:05 and upon receipt of authorization, the Employer shall each month deduct four and one-quarter percent (4.25%) (or such amount as may be designated by the Union) Field Dues of gross hourly wages (including waiting, reporting and standby time) of all Employees, coming within the scope of this Agreement.
UNION FIELD DUES. The Employer will deduct from the wage of each employee the current union field dues as certified by the Union when authorized by the employee as herein provided. Deductions shall be made only where there is in effect in the possession of the Employer a voluntary written assignment executed by the employee on a standard form furnished by the Union and the deduction shall be remitted to the Financial Secretary of the Lodge (Union) where the work is being performed at the same time trust contributions are required to be submitted. The Employer shall forward to the office of the local Union, monthly a report of all hours worked by each employee covered by this Agreement and deductions made.
UNION FIELD DUES. The parties agree that the union field dues deduction will be increased effective January 1, 2006 as per the letter from Lodge 359.

  • Geographical Indications 1. Each Party shall recognise that geographical indications may be protected through a trade xxxx or sui generis system or other legal means in accordance with its laws and regulations.

  • SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.

  • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.
