Annual Membership Fee You agree to pay in advance a nonrefundable annual membership fee shown on page 1, whether or not you use your Card or Credit Card account. Unbundled Copper Loop – Non-Designed (UCL-ND 2.4.3.1 The UCL–ND is provisioned as a dedicated 2-wire metallic transmission facility from BellSouth’s Main Distribution Frame (MDF) to a customer’s premises (including the NID). The UCL-ND will be a “dry copper” facility in that it will not have any intervening equipment such as load coils, repeaters, or digital access main lines (DAMLs), and may have up to 6,000 feet of bridged tap between the End User’s premises and the serving wire center. The UCL-ND typically will be 1300 Ohms resistance and in most cases will not exceed 18,000 feet in length, although the UCL-ND will not have a specific length limitation. For Loops less than 18,000 feet and with less than 1300 Ohms resistance, the Loop will provide a voice grade transmission channel suitable for Loop start signaling and the transport of analog voice grade signals. The UCL-ND will not be designed and will not be provisioned with either a DLR or a test point.

Public Posting of DPA Pursuant to SOPPA, the LEA shall publish on its website a copy of the DPA between the Provider and the LEA, including this Exhibit G.
LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT/DUAL ENROLLMENT CONTRACTOR and XXX shall follow all LEA policies and procedures that support Least Restrictive Environment (“LRE”) options and/or Dual Enrollment options for students to have access to the general curriculum and to be educated with their nondisabled peers to the maximum extent appropriate. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that LRE placement options are addressed at all IEP team meetings regarding students for whom ISAs have been or may be executed. This shall include IEP team consideration of supplementary aids and services, goals and objectives necessary for placement in the LRE and necessary to enable students to transition to less restrictive settings. When an IEP team has determined that a student should be transitioned into the public school setting, CONTRACTOR shall assist the LEA in implementing the IEP team’s recommendations activities to support the transition.

Registration Data Directory Services Until ICANN requires a different protocol, Registry Operator will operate a WHOIS service available via port 43 in accordance with XXX 0000, and a web-‐based Directory Service at <whois.nic.TLD> providing free public query-‐based access to at least the following elements in the following format. ICANN reserves the right to specify alternative formats and protocols, and upon such specification, the Registry Operator will implement such alternative specification as soon as reasonably practicable. Registry Operator shall implement a new standard supporting access to domain name registration data (SAC 051) no later than one hundred thirty-‐five (135) days after it is requested by ICANN if: 1) the IETF produces a standard (i.e., it is published, at least, as a Proposed Standard RFC as specified in RFC 2026); and 2) its implementation is commercially reasonable in the context of the overall operation of the registry.
