Common use of A/E’s Submittal Review Clause in Contracts

A/E’s Submittal Review. The A/E shall review submittals for conformity with design intent within 14 days of receiving them or in accordance with the approved submittal schedule, or other period as mutually agreed by the A/E and the Contractor.
