A. Farming Practices. Without permission of the Grantee, but pursuant to all lawful Approvals, Grantor has the right to produce crops, livestock and livestock products and conduct farm operations as defined under Section 301 of the Agriculture and Markets Law, or such successor law as is later promulgated, which includes but is not limited to the right to establish, reestablish, maintain, and use cultivated fields, orchards, and pastures. Said farming practices shall be carried out in accordance with sound agricultural practices as defined in Section 4 herein, together with the right to construct, maintain and repair access roads for these purposes.
