A. Leave Of Absence Without Pay. (a) Insofar as the regular operation of the Employer allows, a leave of absence without pay shall be granted to the Employee provided the Employee furnishes reasons for requiring such leave. Where the total consecutive months of leave would exceed twenty-four (24) months, the leave shall be granted only in exceptional circumstances.
