Common use of A Member’s Official Clause in Contracts

A Member’s Official. Performance File will not include anonymous letters, documents or information, except those specified in s. 25.22 – s. 25.25, whose authors or creators are not identified; records of disciplinary action; letters, documents or information with regard to any complaint that, after investigation, and any hearing or appeal, has been resolved in favour of the Member; or letters, documents or information with regard to any complaint that has been determined not to require investigation or has not been investigated.
